30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your new wall art. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@sunflowerstudioart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
